- There will be morning lectures both days, from 10am to 1pm
- Lunch will be from 1pm to 2pm (on your own; there are numerous restaurants nearby)
- There will be afternoon practicals both days, from 2pm to 5pm
- There will be Q & As both days, from 5pm to 5:30pm
- There will be a meet & greet both days from 5:30pm to 6pm; I will make sure some Glute Squad members are there and we can take pictures, etc.
- Day One lecture will cover the science of glute training, published studies, EMG experiments, and anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical aspects of the glutes
- Day Two lecture will cover program design, periodization, relevant variables involved in designing programs, and sample programs for different splits and goals
- Day One practical will cover thrust/bridge and abduction/rotation categories, proper form, common mistakes, and fixes/cues
- Day Two practical will cover squat/lunge and hinge/pull categories, proper form, common mistakes, and fixes/cues
Due to space constraints, this will not be a hands-on practical. I will show you form and technique via demonstration with Glute Squad members. I may allow for some volunteers as well, just to show how I handle first-time encounters.
Note that meals will not be provided at this event.
I will be sending out a PDF link of the presentation within a week after the seminar.
Due to limited seating, refunds will not be issued for cancellations/failure to attend.
